14th Annual Function 2014-15 of Seedling Modern Public School, Sapetia, Udaipur was organized at Lok Kala Mandal on 1st Nov. It was based on the theme “Jungle Book”.

The Chief Guest of the programme was Arjun Lal Meena, Member of Parliament, Guest of Honour Rohit Gupta (Collector, Udaipur) and Special Guest was Bhakti Sharma (International Open Water Swimmer).

Director Hardeep Bakshi and Principal Keerti Maken welcomed the guest in a regal traditional manner. The event commenced with garlanding Lord Ganesha and lighting of the inaugural lamp. It was followed by presentation of the Annual Report and felicitation ceremony.

All meritorious students as well as students with outstanding performances in co- curricular activities and sports were awarded by various dignitaries. The Chief Guest felicitated Principal Director Mohini Ma’am for conferring with the prestigious ‘LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD’ for her outstanding contribution in the field of education.

The cultural programme started with thrilling and power packed performances of budding artists of primary section followed by the spellbound dance performances by the Seedlites.

The scintillating stage with special sound and light effect, dazzling costumes added magic and left the audience mesmerized. The plot of the Dance-Drama highlighted the various aspects of human being’s innate connection with nature, which was shown by various creatures of jungle who brought up Mowgli, a kid that was taken in by the pack of wolves.

In the end the Chief Guest Arjun Lal Meena, the Guest of Honour Rohit Gupta encouraged the students for their incredible performance and tremendous effort.
