Seedling celebrated its 16^th Annual Athletic Meet on 31 January ’18.  The meet commenced with hoisting of the Sports flag, which unfurled the message of friendly rivalry among the 4 Houses namely Surya , Soma , Indra and Varuna.  Sports help us to learn about consistency, concentration and to overcome weaknesses and inculcate the value of team spirit is what the annual athletics meet was all about.

The lighting of the torch and oath taking ceremony signaled the formal beginning of the Athletic Meet, which was done by Hardeep Bakshi, Director, Seedling, Udaipur.  The athletics meet also included fun races and a drill by Seedling – The World School.

It was followed by various interesting drills namely Bamboo Drill, Hand Drill, Dumbells and Butterfly Drill displaying a perfect example of synchronization.

The track events comprised of various interesting relay races, flat races and fun races namely  ‘Yeh Mera India’, ‘Swachh Bharat’, ‘Bharat Ke Kalabaaz’,  etc.  Hardeep Bakshi congratulated and felicitated the winners by giving them medals and the merit certificates.
