The two day CBSE West Zone Chess Selection Competition concluded on Saturday with 9 year old Arun Kataria emerging as winner from class 3rd. 

According to Principal William D’Souza winners including Gautam Kataria, Divyanshu Babel, Dhruv Dak, Nikhil Yadav, Daksh Jain, Kunal Chabra, Harshit Babel, Kushal Patel, DEvansh Chechani, Vedant Sharma, Jayesh Bhupesh, Prakhar Chaplot, Vandan Lodha, Manish Chaudhary, Jaidev Singh, Sarthak Jain, Janmesh Soni, Alpesh Patni and Kshitij Vaya stood on second to 20^th position.

These 20 winners and other players will compete in the CBSE West Zone Competition next month after which final selection will be made. St. Anthony School was selected for the nationals last year.
