Arjun Malhotra, who studies at Pathways School, Noida, is a 12 year old, who stands slightly taller than the Golf club he wields on his conquest of the greens across town and beyond.

This little golfing prodigy has been adding feather on feather to his golfing cap at this young age, when most kids are busy with their play stations or cartoons. Arjun has played umpteen tournaments in the last couple of years after he took up serious Golf.

He is ranked 16th out of 280 children at the Canadian School Bangalore and has also shown his aptitude with the driver, wood and irons that he carries in his Golf Bag.
Arjun started his amateur Golf in July 2015, after watching his cousin play the game. Under the able mentoring of his grandfather, Arjun began training at the Noida Stadium and then graduated to the Noida Golf Club. In 2017, he joined the Siri Fort DDA Sport Complex in New Delhi and trained under the guidance of Amandeep Jahal Gold Academy (National Coach).
He says, “I knew that Golf was a game of self-discipline, confidence and concentration. Immense support from my parents and grand parents and extensive physical training to strengthen my body, and mind training to improve my confidence at the sports complex every Saturday and Sunday, have allowed me to enhance my skills in the game..“

Arjun also plays after school hours, never compromising on his studies. His dedication to the game and improved performances in junior tournaments across most parts of the country have ensured that he is a prodigy at the game.
