Auspicious festival of Basant Panchmi, which marks the advent of the spring season was celebrated at Seedling Modern Public School, Udaipur on 22 Jan amidst enthusiasm and full participation by the students and teachers.

The program started with invocation of Saraswati, the goddess of learning, who bequeaths the greatest wealth to humanity.  Children of class 1-3 came dressed in yellow Basanti colour – the colour which depicts prosperity, spiritual knowledge, and positive energy.

Special prayers were offered to goddess Saraswati to reach the epitome of knowledge. A special cultural program was presented on this occasion by senior students.
