School students presented skits to spread awareness about the cure and prevention of cancer. The program was organized under the series of events organized by Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital known as Inter-school Cancer Olympiad 2014 for Cancer Awareness.

In today’s event, students of St. Anthony and DPS showcased their skills through play and extended the message for social wakefulness. Serious social issues like addictions to drugs, liquor and smoking among youth were displayed through performance by school children.

Theater Artist Vilas Jhanve who was present on the occasion as the chief guest admired the plays presented by students and informed about various expressions of acting which includes joy, fear, amaze etc.

DPS School won first prize while St. Anthony sector-14 received second and St. Anthony sector – 4 received 3rd position.
