“Is uniform a symbol of our cultural unity” and “Influence of peer group in the adolescent age”.

These were the topics of discussion, in the Inter House Hindi Debate Competition, organized at Central Academy School, Sec-5, yesterday on 19^th Oct.

The most interesting and unique viewpoints were put forth by the participants, speaking in favour of and against the motion.

The students could relate to the topics very well, both being relevant to their school life. The participants showed great oratory skills. Their efforts were appreciable in terms of presentation and the content, which they supported with strong facts and examples, making it hard for either of the sides to argue.

Dr. Ritu Bhandari, the principal of the school, also threw some light on the topics discussed. She acknowledged the students for their competitive spirit and encouraged them continue giving ace performance in every field and thereafter announced the winners of the competition.
