Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birth day, commemorated as Teachers’ Day in India, was observed with great fervor and enthusiasm in the school.

The Principal, Dr. Ritu Bhandari addressed the occasion and offered her gratitude to the teachers for their dedication and commitment, to the cause of education, thereby shaping the future of a society and the nation at large. At the same time, she encouraged them to continue to be role models for the students.

The students presented an array of songs and dances to commemorate the day. The teachers enjoyed in the games organised for them. The students also offered the teachers cards, chocolates and gifts as a token of their love and appreciation.

All in all, a great day for the teachers to let off some steam and also to pay respect to the most dignified and purposeful profession in the world.
