City Schools celebrate Republic Day [updated]
The 67th Republic Day was celebrated at all schools of Udaipur today with utmost regard and patriotism. Cultural programs, parades, skill performances and prize distributions, several events were conducted in educational institutes in the early hours of Tuesday.

UT is thankful to the schools for providing us photos and information about the events today. Instead of making individual news of same subject we combined all in one.
The Junior Study
The children, teachers and staff of The Junior Study recited the national anthem followed by presentations of poems, speeches, a skit, choir singing, dancing and PT display by children.
Ryan International School
Ryan International School, Udaipur celebrated India’s 67th Republic Day with full zeal and gaiety to commemorate enforcement of Indian constitution. The guests for the occasion were Mr. K.S. Abdul Wase -Head Program Executor Aakashwani & Mr. Jagdish Vijaywargiya- Sub Editor Rajasthan Patrika who had the honor of unfurling the tricolour followed by National Anthem and March past.
Special homage was paid to our freedom fighters with a stunning dance performance by students on the song ‘Vandey Maatram’ which gave a glimpse of struggle and sacrifice of freedom fighters.
St. Gregorios Senior Secondary School
Additional Police Superintendent Mahaveer Singh Ranawat was the chief guest at the Republic Day Celebration at St Gregorios School. Parade and cultural programs themed on patriotism were presented during the program.
Mountview School
Mountview School observed Republic Day too. Principal Mrs. Neelam Sharma Presided over the function. Scout Students demonstrated discipline through parade. Flag hoisting was followed by the performances of the children. Director Mr. Lokesh Choudhary and Mrs. Bhawna Choudhary were also present on the occasion.
Seedling Modern Public School
The celebrations witnessed distinct performances by senior as well as junior students. It was a red letter day for Seedling students, their parents and teachers as well. The chief guest was the famous theatre personality Ms. Sharon Prabhakar.
The director Mr. Hardeep Bakshi showed his gratitude to the chief guest congratulated the students, and motivated them with his jewels of wisdom.
