A Diwali Celebration was conducted today at Central Public School, New Bhopalpura. Both the school staff and students took part in various entertaining competitions related to the festival of lights.

An inter-house “Thali Decoration” competition was the highlight of today’s event. Several houses passionately decorated Thali for Pooja and presented with various styles.

Blue House of CPS received first prize while second prize was given to Red & Green house while Yellow House remained on third place. School children also took part in traditional dress competition.

Chief Guests of the program were Shweta Sharma, Samprati Duggar and Anshu Kothari.

Special competitions were organized for the school staff like best dress, best smile, best hairdress, best bindi, best ornaments etc.

Alka Sharma, director of the school greeted all guests, staff and students for the upcoming festival.
