A session with the Kargil’s brave hero, Col. Deepak Rampal, recipient of Vir Chakra (1999) was organized at Seedling Modern Public School, Udaipur.

Col. Rampal, the Delta Company  Commander of 17^th Regiment shared his experience during Kargil war.  He elaborated on the experience, the valiant fights till they destroyed all enemy forces at point 4875 and Pimple complex. He also motivated the students to set their goals.

He emphasised on the importance of  3 D’s in ones life – Decision , Determination, Dedication.  Earlier, before the interaction began, he was welcomed by the students at Seedling, who were waiting anxiously to hear this War hero.  Principal Kirti Maken introduced Col Rampal, before he started his interaction with the students.

Col. Rampal is also a qualified interview officer of Service Selection Board of Indian Army.
