To inculcate moral values and encouraging the importance of mother tongue Hindi among students, Hindi Doha Recitation competition was conducted in Seedling Modern Public School on 29th July, ’15.

To inculcate moral values and encouraging the importance of mother tongue Hindi among students, Hindi Doha Recitation competition was conducted in Seedling Modern Public School on 29th July, ’15.

Students recited Dohas of famous poets and writers namely Surdas, Kabirdas, Rahimdas, Tulsidas, Bihari & others with great spontaneity and ease. The participants displayed wonderful expression skills while explaining and referring to the context of the Dohas.

The competition was judged on the basis of content, fluency, accuracy, pronunciation and overall presentation by the child. The judges of the competition were Uma Rani Sharma and Manisha Kothari. They appreciated the balanced presentation and encouraged the students for the same. They also thanked and congratulated the Director Hardeep Bakshi for his tremendous efforts in imparting advanced education to the students and providing a platform to stage their innate abilities.

The guest parents were also overwhelmed to see the performance of their wards. At last the result was declared. Overall Housewise result was Surya House secured I position, Indra II and Soma stood at III position.

According to individual result I position was shared by Soumya Jain VII A and Chahat Paneri VII A, II and III position was bagged by Sukriti Kala and Ishika Khaturiya respectively.
