Students of Class 8, The Study, Badi went to a nearby pond to learn about and visualize a typical aquatic ecosystem and to know the interaction among the organisms and their physical environment.

The students observed many organisms like hydrilla, spyrogyra, birds, fishes etc. Students also observed that the pond is being polluted by humans in form of human excreta, plastic bottles, polythene bags and other pollutants.

This was a unique activity conducted by the Biology teacher with English teacher. The next leaning process is to write a report of the activity, making proper use of capital letters, conjunctions and other parts of speech.
