A Folk Music Program was held today at Rockwoods High School under SPIC MACAY Program to promote traditional and folk music form. Students thoroughly enjoyed the performance made by renowned folk musicians Bundukhan Langa and his group.

While informing about the event, Geeta Nayar, Principal of the school said that such programmes help students to understand the cultural and folk art and music.

SPIC MACAY which stands for Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth is a non-political nationwide voluntary movement that organizes programmes of classical music and dance, folk arts, crafts, yoga, classic cinema.
