16^th solemn and auspicious event “The Investiture Ceremony” of Seedling Modern Public School was conducted with great precision and enthusiasm on 9^th August. Through this ceremony the young Seedlites were officially vested with power position and most importantly the responsibilities.

The theme of the year’s investiture ceremony was “The Wheels” which was clearly depicted by the beautiful backdrop with four House wheels symbolic of the four Houses namely Varuna, Soma, Surya and Indra.

The ceremony began with the invocation of Lord Ganesha by lighting of the lamp. Muffadal Gurad (XII) and Farheen Ahmed(XII)were appointed  as the head boy and girl for academic session 2017-18 Gurneet Singh Sardalia (XI), Nandika Paliwal (XI), Sanjam Pal Singh (XII),Mohit Vasandani(XII) Deepakshi Gaur(XII) were also appointed as the Asst. Head Boy, Asst. Head Girl, Sports Captain, Sports Vice Captain and Literary head respectively.

These coveted post holders along with the House Mistresses, House Captains Discipline Incharges and prefects from class IV onwards were felicitated by applying tilak and pinning up the badges by the Directors Hardeep Bakshi and Moneeta Bakshi.  Head Boy Muffadal Gurad, Head Girl Farheen Ahmed and other office bearers took oath to conduct their duties with dedication and honesty. In the end, the Director Hardeep Bakshi and Principal Keerti Maken congratulated new appointees and addressed the gathering.
