The birth of Lord and his activities are not of this world. We cannot understand God by human brains.

Just accepting this will make our lives successful, according to the above verse. Regardless of which religion we follow, one principle is same – we are the children of that Supreme Father, and he loves us unconditionally.

WIS celebrated Janmashtami today- Lord Krishna’s divine appearance in this world. The program began by the popular Hindi songs praising Lord Krishna. This was followed by Witty choir singing beautiful devotional song “Achyutam, Keshavam, Krishna Damodaram.”

After this, students of Grade-2 presented a charming and sweet dance drama, depicting the transcendental birth and childhood activities of the Lord. Finally, the entire school gathered in the playground for witnessing the exciting and famous pastime of Lord Krishna, where he breaks the butter pots and feeds the butter to his friends and hungry animals (Matkiphod).

Students made pyramids in order to break the hanging pot, and the event ended when the pot broke, and all the students started dancing with joy. Happy Janmashtami!!
