With Christmas flaring around the city corner, Kidzee Ambamata celebrated birth of Christ in a joyous mood at campus today. School was decorated on winter wonderland theme. Snowfall was made drizzled out of artificial snow which delighted everybody. The lure of the ice mesmerized all participants. From parties and cakes to games and carols, whole celebration was full of amusement.

The whole campus was decorated with colorful lights and illuminated Christmas trees. To symbolize the birth of Jesus tableau (nativity) of Jesus Christ and extremely adorned Christmas cribs were put up.

Program started with lightening of candles before Jesus Christ. Children’were narrated story of Christ birth and its significance. To live up the spirit of Christmas snowball fighting was played in which they enjoyed a lot. Children enjoyed many games like musical chair and musical socks.

Kids festooned Christmas tree with bells colorful steamers, wreaths, angels, balloons, cherries and small ornaments which was special attraction of the day. Playgroup tots made x’mas tree out of their handprints while Nursery and kg kids prepared vibrant Santa cap with Santa bag and delightfully gifted each other which made their day.

Special programs were staged to recall the birth of Jesus. The students of KG sections performed a ballet to mark the birth of Jesus and sang carols in praise of the Lord. Song and dance performances showcased the spirit of the festival. Theme of the party was red and white. The mirth and elation of tiny tots was simply boundless.

Santa Claus made a special appearance amid of dance party singing jingle bells which was steal of the show. Santa showered gift and chocolates on children. The young enthralled kidzeeins cheered and clapped all through to show their appreciation. Overriding every other emotion waves of cheer enveloped the whole school.

“Christmas celebrations refer to simplicity, peace and joy. Now-a-days people are becoming very materialistic and they should learn to lead a simple and joyous life.” said director kidzee Dr. Atul Sharma.
