MDS students achieve all India positions in KVPY
9 students of MDS Senior Secondary School have successfully cleared Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna (KVPY), a Government of India scheme conducted by Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore to promote the budding scientists among the young generation.
9 students of MDS Senior Secondary School have successfully cleared Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna (KVPY), a Government of India scheme conducted by Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore to promote the budding scientists among the young generation.
The successful students are- Kushal Babel (AIR-8), Kriti Joshi (AIR-111), Sakshi Babel (AIR-212), Mrinal Tank (AIR-268), Hardik Seth (AIR-559), Sujay Gupta (AIR-605) and Ankur Agrawal (AIR-716). They will be awarded educational scholarship by the government.
Siddharth Agrawal and Kavish Bhatija achieved 66th and 138th rank respectively in the Mentorship Program.
MDS Principal Nidhi Maheshwari said that last year, 3 students from the school were selected in KVPY exam. With the proper mentorship of teachers from MDS and Resonance, the number of KVPY achievers increased to 9 this year.
MDS Director Shailendra Somani and Resonance Centre Manager Arun Shrimali congratulated the students for their performance.
