MDS School in association with premier coaching institute for CA, Career Heights scheduled a visit to ICICI bank to teach the students of commerce stream about banking and banking transactions. They were exposed to many areas including as to how a bank works and how RBI regulates them.

They were exposed to many areas including as to how a bank works and how RBI regulates them.

Students of class XI and XII studying CA and CS in integrated CA-CPT classroom program of MDS and Career Heights were taught how to deposit and withdraw money at ICICI Bank. Branch Manager, Shashank Jain himself addressed all the queries of students. Every student was taught about holding as to which desk to approach for a particular work.

The students learned how to deposit money and fill the deposit slips etc for the banking transactions to occur. The students were made aware of the locker systems at bank and how everyone can keep their valuables in it and take it out.

ICICI branch manager Shashank Jain, CA Romil and CS Avinash Jha answered every query of the students regarding banks and banking system prevailing in India.

Shailendra Somani, Director, MDS School was also present during the whole session and took a keen interest in this educational trip to bank.

One of the students asked that is it possible if all the account holders of bank together withdraw  all the money from the bank and if this happens how will it affect the bank?

On this Dr Shailendra Somani informed students about its non possibility due to sentiments of Indian Society which was seconded by ICICI branch manager Shashank Jain. Director of Career Heights Romil Jain and Avinash jha explained students that India is a big Democratic country so it is not possible but we can never ignore certain circumstances, sentiments and situations  in any country as America had once faced such a situation. In India RBI is there to help every bank in case of any adverse situation.
