Maharana Mewar Public School was a proud host of the City Level Rajasthan of Wild Wisdom Quiz-2017 organized by WWF India in association with CBSE on September 1, 2017 on the Theme- ‘Maze of the World’.  Chief Guest on the occasion was Rahul Bhatnagar (IFS), Chief Conservator of Forest, Wildlife Wing, Udaipur while Guests of Honour were Thakur Hanuwant Singh Pahuna (Chairman, WWF India, Udaipur Advisory Board) and Sanjay Datta, Principal MMPS.

22 schools and 37 teams across Rajasthan participated in Udaipur for City level elimination round after the school level elimination round in their respective schools.  After that, top five teams were selected for the state level final round. First position in the Junior Level was secured by St. Anthony’s, Sector 4, Udaipur, second position by Witty international school, third position by Vidya Bhawan Public School, fourth position by Delhi Public School Udaipur, and fifth position by St. Anthony’s Baleecha,Udaipur.

Middle Level First position was secured by St. Anthony’s, Sector 4 Udaipur, second position by Witty International, Udaipur, third position by Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS Jaisalmer, fourth position by Mayoor Chopasni School, Jodhpur and fifth position by Ryan International School, Jaipur.

Middle level Winner team St Anthony’s, Udaipur will represent Rajasthan in the Wild Wisdom Quiz 2017 at national level in New Delhi with other state winner teams.

Quiz Master on the occasion was Prof Satish Sharma, ACF (Retd), Forest Department, Udaipur.

Wild Wisdom Quiz 2017 was organized by WWF-India Udaipur divisional office for Rajasthan.  Program was managed by Arun Soni, Officer-in-charge, WWF-India, Udaipur division and his volunteer team comprising of Kendrika Gaur, Kanishka Mehta, Harshita Salvi, Vivek Agarwal, Dharamveer, Sourabh Sharma, Bhajan Lal Bishnoi and Narayan lal Choudhary.  Coordinator was Arunima Jain from MMPS.
