On the occasion of National Unity Day on 31st October 2014, a special assembly was organised at DPS Udaipur. This day is celebrated as a mark of the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India and the first Home Minister after freedom, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

The objective behind this day was to inculcate the feelings of unity and brotherhood among the students. A ‘Run for Unity’ was also organised for the students of classes I to V on this day.

The Head Mistress of the school, Anamika Roy gave the oath of unity for all the students to help them develop an attitude to work together and co-operate each other.
