Ryan International School, Udaipur conducted the International School Award activity under British Council which was based on the festivals around the world.

Schools across the world are grappling with the challenge of providing relevant education in face of rapid technological advancements that are changing the way we live and work. It is widely accepted that the traditional chalk and talk model of content oriented teaching cannot adequately prepare young people for the future.

As being a part of this project, the Ryanites celebrated Diwali, the Festival of Lights with fun and festivity. Students enjoyed fun activities like making charts and greeting cards on the festival, sharing their Diwali plans, bursting crackers, eating sweets, mithai decoration and more.

The activities were enjoyed by the students and they all participated with full zest and enthusiasm.

The International School Award is awarded by the British Council, and recognizes what schools achieve in fostering and embracing a global dimension in all that they do.
