Ryan International School, Udaipur celebrated Teacher’s Day with full fervor and enthusiasm. Ryanites felicitated teachers with the badge pinning ceremony and a special assembly was conducted by the students by praising the name of the Lord Almighty, Special prayer followed by medley of Prayer Songs. Student’s spontaneous bubbly creations had teachers doubling up and rippling with laughter, reacting with resounding claps of joy.

It was a great surprise for the Heads and the teachers to see that the senior most standard VII students conducting the assembly.

They read a wonderful letter written by Abraham Lincoln to his Sons’ Teacher and poems which portrayed the importance of a teacher, which touched their hearts. Some exciting activities were also planned by the students for their teachers in which teachers also participated and kept the spirit alive of this occasion.

Students made cards for their favorite teachers in school and the custom was to give the card accompanied by a single rose stem.

The occasion was more blessed when a special message from the Chairman Dr. Augustine F. Pinto and Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto who conveyed the message that-

The excellence of any educational institution is largely due to the efforts of teachers. They are the ‘Magic Wands’. It was read out by the principal to the teachers urging them to carry out the noble work of shaping the future of the children enthusiastically.
