Seedling Group of Schools, like all other schools in the state, prepared its premises and faculty as well as administrative staff to deal with the first day of school for children as they unlocked their school bags and uniforms today. While most schools have begun their offline routine today, others are expected to begin from 2 September onwards.
Students, who have been through a harrowing experience with the pandemic – locked up in their homes and struggling with mobiles and computers to keep up with their studies, now are back to their schools, colleges and coaching institutes. Schools have taken all precautions as per government notifications, SOPs as well as internal checks to ensure that their students and staff are kept safe. Since examinations are going on in colleges across Udaipur, there are no offline classes being held as the examinations will be conducted online.
Social distancing and classroom monitoring at this stage will be easier, because only senior students (Classes 9 to 12) have been permitted to attend school. Classes began under the regulated SOPs and the morning assembly was conducted within classrooms, using the public announcement systems.
Children in their school uniforms and with their school bags and masks were a pleasant site across schools in Udaipur as they, their parents and the schools hope that learning delivery returns to its new normal.
