A grand science model exhibition was organized by Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Science Club of St. Gregorios Senior Secondary School Udaipur . The exhibition was inaugurated by Manish Jain, project officer, dept. of Science and Technology. Govt of Rajasthan.
The science club president Satya Bhushan Sharma told that in the science model exhibition a total of 120 models based on various aspect of science were presented by 180 students from class iv to xi of the school with a detailed explanation .
The exhibition was witnessed by about 2000 students and their parents and appreciated a lot by every one. The science model exhibition was organised in various categories like sub junior (a) single and group class iv &v, sub junior (b) single and group class vi &vii, junior single and group class viii&ix, senior single and group cl ass x to xii.
The science models that attracted the viewers a lot were automatic street light, water level indicator, touching not circuit, rain water harvesting, vermiform compost, electric cell. Solar dryer, respiratory system ,flood alarm, 3 d image maker, astronomical telescope, lemon battery, earthquake indicator, moisture detector, cracksman alarm, ray box, tiny water cooler, burglar alarm, roller coaster, fire tricks, bio pesticides, barrier energy, fire fountain, hydrolic lifts .Automatic railway crossing etc.
The science model exhibition was judged by Shailendra Jha, PGT physics CPS, Vinod kumar Sharma, lecturer govt, sr. Sec. School,gogunda and C.P.Sharma.Pgt biology, Central Academy.
