Rakesh Rao, Head Business Development of Srjna –“learning by doing” conducted a workshop at Seedling Modern Public School on 3^rd September 16 for Science and Mathematics teachers.

He said “True learning comes when its being experienced”. He introduced the teachers to the Srjna 5D-pedagogy triggers leading to the  maximum retention in the students (See, Touch, Feel, Understand and Perform).

It was indeed a very interesting and knowledgeable session.

Earlier, a workshop for language teachers was conducted 0n 29th July ’16. The resource person was Ms  Sreerupa, a consultant to Scholastic India. According to her reading is like a software that we install in the brain. It is a software that never gets out dated but of course has to be updated from time to time. It gives the confidence to speak or to write intelligently and uniquely.

She has been an integral part of developing English Curriculum for Read India Programme of Pratham (an international organization working on the sector of education). The teachers were thankful for such an enriching session.
