As a support to the ‘Swachh Bharat Campaign’ by the government of India, Seasame Street Preschool will extend its support through ‘Swachh Saptah Campaign’ from November 3rd to November 7th. The mission of this campaign will be to sensitize children and educators towards hygiene and sanitation.

The initiative that will be running throughout the preschool centers spread across the nation, Udaipur center will be a part of the campaign too. During the week, the program will extend from educating the children about the importance of cleanliness, marching in the neighborhood as a part of cleanliness drive to involving parents to be a part of the campaign.

Sesame Street Preschool is the latest initiative of Sesame workshop in India, which is the non- profit educational organization behind Sesame Street, the landmark TV program. Since 2006, Sesame Workshop has produced educational program ‘Gali Gali Sim Sim’ on POGO channel and Doordarshan.

Sesame Street Preschool supports early childhood learning and helps in their all-round development. During PM Narendra Modi’s recent visit to the US, he interacted with the Sesame Street muppets, Elmo and Raya.
