The students of Delhi Public School celebrated the Foundation Day of Bharat Scouts and Guides on 7th Nov 2014 by doing shramdan at Lake Fateh Sagar. The students associated themselves with ‘Clean India, Green India’ campaign to render their duty towards the nation.

The Principal, Neeru Tandon motivated the children to get involved in ‘Swach Bharat Abhiyan’ and motivated the visitors at the lake side to maintain cleanliness. The task was taken up to arouse awareness towards the importance of tidiness for the development of the country.

The people present there appreciated the efforts of the students and promised to keep the lakes and the city clean.
