St. Anthony's students perform Conan Doyle's play
In what could be termed as innovative teaching, St. Anthony School in association with theatre group Natyansh are set to perform an English play based on the course book The Hound of the Baskervilles on Saturday.
In what could be termed as innovative teaching, St. Anthony School in association with theatre group Natyansh are set to perform an English play based on the course book The Hound of the Baskervilles on Saturday.
The Hound of the Baskervilles is a famous crime novel written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle which is one of the several famous crime and investigation stories of detective Sherlock Holmes. The novel The Hound of the Baskervilles is a part of CBSE’s new curriculum for students of class 11th and 12th.
The novel revolves around the suspicious death of Sir Charles Baskerville and at the end; the mystery of death is solved by Sherlock Holmes and his friend John Watson.
School principal William D’Souza said, “It was a tough task for both students and the theatre artists of Natyansh. However, the 40 day workshop with the hard work of students has proved it fruitful.”
