St Paul’s students mark International Girl Child Day

To celebrate the International Girl Child Day which is on 11th Oct, a cultural program was organized today at St. Paul’s School.

Students presented series of programs to spread social awareness for safety of girl child and exhibited plays expressing their concern.

A play Right to Live was presented by the students in which the intention of parents was exposed who wanted to kill female foetus. A Dance-Play based on dowry also impressed the audience.

Principal of the school, Father George V.J expressed his concern over the present scenario of crimes against women in India and said that continuous awareness programs on small level should be conducted everywhere in the country.
