Tagore Jayanti and Mothers’ Day Celebrated by School Kids

Tagore Jayanti and Mothers’ Day was celebrated with all fun and frolic at GSS Public School at Sector 6 of Hiranmagri. Ravindra Nath Tagore’s poems were recited on this occasion.

Khushi Pandya-principal of the school told the kids about the contribution of Tagore in Hindi and Bangla. She also inspired students to follow his path.

Mothers’ Day was also celebrated when kids made beautiful cards to present to their mothers. The best cards were chosen and were rewarded. Reetu Bhatia coordinated the event.
