Rajasthan State Rapid Chess Championship Competition 2015 was held over the weekend (22.-23.08) at the Witty International School, Udaipur.
It was organised in collaboration with the Pacific University, Ladji Chess School and the District Chess Association, Udaipur. Students of The Study Senior Secondary School, Badi also participated in the competition. Students Shatakshi Singh from class X and Shashank Singh from class VII stood first in the competition.
To add feathers to their caps they were awarded with the the title of ‘Rajasthan’s Best in classes 9-10 and 7-8’ respectively. They were also given a cash prize of Rs. 1000 each. Devendra Singh, Director of the Khudala Educational Society and S.K. Sharma, Principal of The Study Senior Secondary School congratulated them for their spectacular victory.
