In order to become a truly great teacher, one must go beyond the text books. Seminars, conferences and workshops are necessary for professional growth of teachers. Keeping the professional growth of teachers in mind a workshop based on life skills was conducted at Seedling Modern Public school on Saturday, 6 April.

This seminar was conducted to facilitate teachers on how to practice and enhance life skills for better functioning of school and strengthening the teacher pupil relationship. Jayshree Mehta, a renowned FACILITATOR conducted an informative workshop for the mentors of Seedling Modern Public School. She guided teachers to motivate all students by making them compatible, giving autonomy and showing trust in them. She also gave a few tips for betterment of teacher’s personality as students eventually reflect their teachers. Finally she gave some useful tips on how to motivate students.
