Shayaz Attari, a Grade 5 student of the Abu Dhabi Indian School in Abu Dhabi, has done Udaipur proud by winning two Gold Medals in different categories at a Squash Tournament held in the United Arab Emirates.

Shayaz was a participant in the National Squash Tournament organised on the occasion of the UAE National Day on 2nd december 2016 and won the first place in the Under 11 category as well as Under 13 category.  Shayaz is 10 years and 5 months old.  Reyaz Attari and Shabnam Attari, parents of Shayaz are both Bankers by profession and belong to Udaipur.  They have been in the UAE for over a decade now.

The tournament was organised under the auspices of the UAE Squash Association and Al Nasr Leisureland, Dubai and players from various Emirates participated in the tournament under various categories.  Tournament organised Faheem Khan handed over the prize to Shayaz.
