The value of discipline is visible in all walks of life.  School, office, home, factory or even a playground or a battlefield – discipline is important for us to learn, experience and grow.

It will be complete chaos or disorder if there was no discipline.  No peace or progress is possible without discipline.  Being guided by rules, pay due regards to elders and superior officers, respect and listening to teachers, obeying them and  behaving in orderly manner – all of it comes under “discipline”.

In our school, if the boys and girls are not discipline, we ourselves will learn nothing and our purpose of education will  be defeated.  In the same way, if subordinates do not obey their seniors in office or factory it will be very difficult to carry on the work of production or administration.  Reaching school on time, reaching office on time, completing homework or assignment on time are all parts of basic discipline.  It shoudl never be overlooked, as it is the secret of success in our life.
