Wittians of Grade IV to VI went for a field trip to Sajjangarh Biological Park. Students enjoyed the trip and Students watched the beautiful natural beauty of Aravalli hills along with rich flora and fauna in the area and got firsthand information about wildlife and their natural habitats.

Sajjangarh Wildlife Sanctuary, which encloses the Sajjangarh palace, was established in 1987 in the city of Udaipur of Rajasthan. It covers an area of 5.19 square kilometers. The palace oversees the sanctuary, which is a home for reptiles, tigers, nilgai, sambhar, wild boars, hyenas, panthers, and jackals. It is also popular for bird watching. The reserve is a good trekking site.

The aim of the field trip was to encourage the students to explore the natural world around them and to introduce basic ecological and environmental concepts. They noted information regarding food chain and how creatures adapt to their environment. Students were also valuable information about the sanctuary by ACF Dr. Satish Sharma, Assistant Conservator of Forests, Wild Life, Udaipur.
