More Than 500 RIICO Plots Up for E-auction
The last dates for depositing the EMD for the respective e-auctions have been set as October 13 and 14, 2026
UdaipurTimes, Oct 3, 2026 - To promote industrial development and investment in the State, more than 500 plots in various industrial areas of the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) are being made available for allotment through e-auction. These include plots in various categories such as industrial, commercial, logistics, residential, group housing, hospitals, nursing homes, kiosks, schools, shops and petrol pumps.
The process of submitting online applications and depositing the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for these plots has already begun. The last dates for depositing the EMD for the respective e-auctions have been set as October 13 and 14, 2026. Interested investors can participate in the RIICO e-auction process within the stipulated period.
In addition, RIICO has also initiated an online process for developing plug-and-play, sports facility and working housing facilities. Under this initiative, 28 plots in Jaipur, Ajmer, Bikaner, Bhiwadi-II, Bharatpur, Kota, Kishangarh, Sawai Madhopur, Udaipur, Jhalawar, Nagaur, and Sri Ganganagar will be allotted on a rental basis.
At the Sitapura Flatted Factory Complex in Jaipur, plug-and-play modules for industries in the garment and apparel, gems and jewellery and information technology sectors are also being allotted through e-auction on a license-fee basis. This will provide entrepreneurs with an opportunity to establish businesses in ready-to-use industrial premises equipped with modern facilities.
