Property rates in Udaipur could be set to move up as administration is gearing up for reviewing the DLC rates of various land pockets.

A meeting for reviewing DLC rates was called by Deputy Inspector of Registration and Stamps department. The meeting was attended by MP Arjun Lal Meena, Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari and other administrative heads.

The meeting saw detailed deliberations on DLC rates. Review of existing DLC rates in various pockets was also carried out. Review highlighted the need for a revision of the rates and the exercise for same could also be carried out.
