UIT Udaipur, under their Township Policy 2010, will be accepting applications from residents of Udaipur, who fall under the EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) and LIG (Lower Income Group) categories as per their monthly income.

Applications will be accepted at UIT on Wednesday, for the allotment of 119 plots in the Revenue Villages of Rebariyon Ka Guda, Jogi Talab and Raghunathpura.

Ramnivas Mehta, Secretary UIT, Udaipur said that those individuals whose monthly Income is below Rs. 10,000 (EWS) and those whose monthly income is between Rs. 10,001 to Rs. 15,001 (LWS) will be eligible to apply for this land allotment lottery scheme.

The available land for the lottery system is as per the following breakup:

Rebariyon Ka Guda: EWS – 18 Plots; LIG – 15 Plots

Jogi Talab: EWS – 33 Plots; 28 Plots

Raghunathpura: EWS – 14 Plots; LIG – 11 Plots

Plot size and estimated costs are as follows:

EWS: 45 SqMt @ 25% of Reserve Land Rate of the area/sector

LIG: 45.01 SqMt @ 60% of Reserve Land Rate of the area/sector

Amount to be deposited with application:

EWS: Rs. 10,000 Administrative Fee

LIG: Rs. 15,000 Administrative Fee
