Udaipur, May 26, 2025 - The State Government is making serious efforts to implement the investment agreement made under Rising Rajasthan organised at the initiative of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma to encourage investment in the State and ensure all-round development and increase in employment opportunities. In this sequence, the process of providing land to investors for setting up their units is going on.

RIICO (Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Ltd) is allocating seven plots of commercial, hotel and nursing home in the industrial areas of Udaipur through e-auction. Seven non-industrial plots in two RIICO industrial areas of Udaipur are available for allotment through e-auction.

Ajay Pandya, senior Deputy General Manager and Unit Incharge of RIICO Udaipur, shared that four commercial plots are available in Industrial Area Bhamashah Kaladwas and one commercial plot, one hotel plot and one plot for nursing home/hospital/dispensary is available in Industrial Area Gudli, Udaipur. The area of commercial plots is between 625 sqm to 12941 sqm, the area of hotel plot is 4405 sqm and the area of nursing home/hospital/dispensary plot is 3299 sqm. Commercial complex, mall, hotel, cinema, multiplex, warehousing, petrol pump, weighbridge etc. can be developed on commercial plots.

A total of 379 non-industrial plots are available for allotment through e-auction by RIICO in the industrial areas of the State. These include 165 commercial, 20 hospital/nursing home/dispensary, 13 hotels, 133 residential/group housing, 11 weighbridge, 11 petrol pump/CNG station, five schools and 21 institutional category plots.

According to Pandya, investors who have executed MoU with the State Government under Rising Rajasthan can also participate in the said e-auction and get allotment of land for their project.

Online Application from May 26

The application process for allotment of the said non-industrial plots is starting from today, May 26, 2025. Applicant will have to apply online along with the project report by June 10, 2025, said Pandya. Applicants can apply through RIICO's website www.rico.co.in and www.rico.rajasthan.gov.in. They will have to deposit 5 percent of the total premium amount of the plot in the bank account of RIICO through online medium along with the application.

The start date for depositing the security amount is May 26, 2025 and the last date is June 10, 2025.

Online bidding on the plots will be done between June 11 and June 13, 2025.
