UDA e-Lottery: Document Verification of Allottees from Jan 5
First phase of verification involves South Extension Sector-A scheme; schedules for the remaining schemes will be announced shortly
Udaipur, Dec 30, 2025 - From January 5, 2026, the Udaipur Development Authority (UDA) will carry out the document verification of all applicants who were allotted residential plots under its three housing schemes — South Extension Sector-A, Udyam Vihar and Nandeshwar Enclave. The UDA had completed the e-lottery allotment of 1,109 residential plots on Thursday, December 25.
The document verification process will be conducted at the UDA premises.
UDA Secretary Hemendra Nagar informed that, in the first phase, document verification for successful applicants of the South Extension Sector-A Scheme will take place from January 5 to January 20, on all working days.
Verification schedules for the remaining schemes will be announced shortly. Applicants can check the document list and verification schedule on the official departmental portal.
Additionally, all successful applicants will receive SMS notifications regarding their assigned verification dates.
