In a raid conducted by the Pratap Nagar Police team on a country liquor shop situated at the 12^th Battalion Road, Debari today afternoon, 10 drums containing country liquor were seized.

The owner of the Liquor Shop fled from the scene when the Police arrived on the spot.

After getting a tip off, SHO Satish Meena, with his team, raided a liquor shop where they found 10 drums of Country Liquor, 1 Furnace and 7 drums of impure water, which is being used to prepare country liquor. The owner of the shop, identified as Chagan Gameti ran away from the scene as he got a hint of the raid.

The liquor was then disposed off, while the police destroyed the furnace.
