A 12 year old girl has filed a case of harassment against her father. The case has been registered in Clock Tower police station under POCSO Act.

Police investigations are on in a case where a 12 year old girl has accused her father of physical harassment. The girl reportedly went to Jaipur at her maternal grandparents’ house and registered a Zero FIR from Jaipur which was passed on to Clock Tower police station.

As per Clock Tower police, the girl and her parents have been interrogated in this matter. Prima facie it seems that the little girl was tired of being rebuked by her father daily who also used to physically torture her mother daily. The disturbing situations in the house probably forced the girl to register a case of harassment against her father. Action will be taken against the accused after analysing the case from every angle.
