Two patients who had tested positive on 24 and 25 December respectively have been confirmed to be infected with the Omicron variant of COVID 19.

This takes the total tally of Omicron positive patients in Udaipur to 6.

As per information received from the CMHO Office today morning, a 63 year old male and 70 year old female, who had tested positive on 24 and 25 December respectively, have been confirmed to been infected with the Omicron variant.

Both patients were vaccinated and have been tested double negative. Neither of them have any travel history.
