200 CCTV cameras to come up at RNT Medical College

Following the recent case of 1.5 year old going missing, RNT Medical college and MB Hospital have become alert and have initiated action to control the crime incidences in the area.

Following the recent case of 1.5 year old going missing, RNT Medical college and MB Hospital have become alert and have initiated action to control the crime incidences in the area.

About 200 High Definition cameras are proposed to cover MB hospital, children ward, maternity ward, college premises, Dr B.N.Sharma library, girls hostel and other areas. The cameras will provide 24-hour high quality monitoring and surveillance facility.

Dr Mukesh Badjatya, Head of the Nephrology department will be handling the control room. The cameras can also be monitored through an app from anywhere.

Meanwhile Hathipole Police Station will also increase the police strength in the college and hospital premise.
