22 years old Ansar Ahmed of Udaipur is fighting with a severe kidney problem. He was born with only one kidney, though he came to know this fact only after he turned 21 and soon he encountered with another heart breaking fact that his only remaining kidney is also infected and in the condition of Renal Failure.

Ansar ( in photo) needs urgent kidney transplant, however his mother Mumtaz Begum( in photo) is ready to donate kidney but the only thing becoming obstacle in saving Ansar’s life is money.

Belonging to a poor family, Ansar’s father works as a tailor. Ansar’s two brothers are not so established even to afford the expenses of his medicines, the question of Kidney Transplant is a far cry for them. Nor they have contacts to reach people who can help them.

His family is trying best to save his life, but sadly there is nothing positive going around till now.

When I met Ansar today at his home, with a broad smile he said “once, I used to play cricket with my friends, these days I could not even climb two-three stairs.”

“Hope” is the only word to give Ansar courage to be alive but factually the time is running short for him.

He needs help of Rs. 7.5 Lakhs nearly $16 to 17,000 USD for a kidney transplant in H.L Trivedi Hospital, Ahmedabad.
