A 3 year old child has been abandoned by parents. It is quite shocking and disheartening to know that a child has been abandoned for no fault of his own. In any case what folly can such an innocent child commit that forces parents to abandon him?

As per Bhuplapura police, they were informed by someone about this 3 year old child who was found in Subhash Nagar on the road. The child seems to be mentally disabled. Police has admitted the child to hospital. This child was found sitting on the road on a piece of towel. There was no other identification available with the child which makes it clear that parents abandoned him because of his mental condition. A case has been registered against the unidentified.

Authorities say that it is very important to find out if the child is actually mentally disabled. Since he is just 3 years old, it must be ascertained that his mind has developed accordingly or not. Dr. Sushil Kherada says that there are many reasons behind this kind of condition. Though this mental condition is problematic, yet in certain cases treatment can cure to some extent.
