5 people have been arrested in Savina area in a case of property dispute. The dispute occurred between families of 2 brothers and resulted in physical fight and vanadalism. The dispute started between the families of brothers in Sri Radhe Vihar colony on Tuesday which grew to such an extent that the brothers indulged in physical fight. In the early morning hours the brothers started hitting each other followed by vandalism during the afternoon. Police has arrested 5 people and registered a case against them.

Ram Singh reported to police that he was busy taking care of his field and one other person on tractor was along with him. His brother Pratap Singh reached the field with his family members who were armed. They attacked Ram Singh and the other person with him. Ram Singh got seriously injured and is undergoing treatment.

On the other hand, wife of Pratap Singh said that she was at home with her son and daughter-in-law when 10 armed youths entered her house with weapons and started damaging things inside the house. They broke the doors and windows. The lady also said that the three of them had to lock themselves inside their house to safeguard themselves. She has accused Ram Singh and his family of vandalism.

Police has arrested 5 members from both the families, 3 from Pratap Singh’s family and 2 from Ram Singh’s family. The case is of property dispute and is under investigation.
