50000 appear for Patwari Exam

Nearly 50000 students appeared for the Patwari Exam conducted in the city’s 176 centers today. A heavy rush was observed at City Railway Station and Bus Stand where a large group of students started arriving since morning.

The exam for 148 posts started from 2pm and concluded at 5 in the evening.  A special train and 5 additional buses were arranged by the government for easy commuting of students who came to Udaipur from faraway places.

According to sources, there were 43 exam centers in 7 Tehsils of Udaipur district. Under the directions of Nodal Officer B.R Bhati, 25 flying teams were made to keep vigil during the exam.
