In a camp held at Alok School Panchwati, 51 Units of blood were donated today. The camp was inaugurated by Pradeep Kumawat of Alok School.

Rs. 1 Lac Health Insurance was awarded to every person who donated blood today at the blood donation camp organized by Sarthak Foundation Trust.

The blood donation was conducted in order to support the victims of Thalassemia.

Dr. Mahendra Shrimali, founder of Sarthak Foundation said that the camp will be conducted in regular intervals so that children affected with Thalassemia, who require blood every month can get benefit from it.

Also, unlike other blood banks, Sarthak Foundation will not ask for a donor or blood in return of giving blood to the needy.
